All classes are held on PowHow, where you can train from your computer anytime and anywhere. With pre-recorded classes and series, along with live classes with Q & A sessions, you will be one step closer to your dreams ofdancing, toning and wellness!
This high energy/low impact exercise will help strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles while you hoop your way to your leaner and slimmer goal. Hooping can really make a difference in your health without taking a toll on your body. Think of your hoop not only as a fitness tool, but a new lifestyle as you learn moves from HBT but take them on the go to the beach, park or an event that can into a full cardio jam session burning an average of 8 calories a minute!

Dance is the universal language of movement and this form of teaching is here to expose hoopers to a variety of forms of dance within our hoops. These classes will have a few tricks from time to time but are specifically geared toward expanding our dance knowledge around the current hoop moves that we currently know.* During the class we will repeat drills, play with variety and expressive movement with our limbs.
